Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

• Garage access is included for guests.
• This property has three exterior security cameras: one doorbell Ring camera monitoring the main entryway, a second camera to the right of the front porch above the windows monitoring the top parking area, and a third camera above the garage center monitoring the garage parking area.

Policies and Rules

• No pets are allowed at this property.
• No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
• Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The primary guest must sign the agreement and be present during the reserved dates.
• No events or parties above the posted occupancy are allowed at any time. Keep outside noise to a respectable level.
• Children are allowed.
• No events allowed.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

• Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

• The road to Maynard V is paved.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November–March). Travelers visiting during these months should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics and utensils.
• A starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These supplies are provided for one or two nights.
• Hair dryers are provided.
• Towels and bed linens are provided.
• The home has high-speed internet, climate control, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and an iron and ironing board.

• AWD/4WD and/or chains are required during snow or ice conditions.

Other Important Details

• There is a community firepit near the river less than a quarter of a mile from the home. Please inquire with the team if you wish to purchase wood for this firepit.
